wildcardtrick[He's stumbled across some strange things at Junes before, it's true - hell, he's got a whole stockpile of war stories that he's been saving for the summer. But most of them didn't happen on his day off, and none of them were... well... this.
Still, sure, Yosuke's life is weird these days. Nothing wrong with that. Well, okay, maybe, but with some crazed criminal on the loose and a case to solve, he can take that in stride. And hanging out had sounded like a perfectly good idea at the time - he hasn't been out of town in a while, he had the spare change, and Okina is a ways away from all the local prying eyes who might otherwise notice that something really isn't right here. Everyone wins, see?
That's what he thought, anyway. Stepping out of the station into a decided lack of bustling crowds, he can't quite decide if not having gawkers is much of an improvement any more.]
Huh. [He looks up and down the street, squinting a bit in the midday sun.] Shouldn't it be busier than this on a weekend? Is there an event on somewhere? [Not that anyone ever tells him anything, but, y'know.]
